I am not the finder. The neighbors on Summit that have spotted this cat were unable to get near it outside of the pic. I am sure they will try giving it food and water. I posted it on PawBoost and Facebook to get eyes on it and have reviewed these sites as well as Lost Cats Lake and McHenry counties. This looks to be a Bengal or Savannah. It must belong to someone and it has part of what appears to be a harness. Please share with your network. Thanks.
