He was by the church. I can get him to come to me. The only issue is I can’t take him home. If anyone is willing to take him I can aid in his rescue

I was told there is a couple who live nearby that has been feeding him for a few days, and the limp is a recent development. They have not been able to catch him to check for a chip.
