This young dog was seen on the parking lot of McCoy’s on Quaker by the fence line between the new construction. Was there for an hour in the same place. I took a big bowl of food and a gallon of water. A bit shy but the pup looks like he is wanting someone to pick it up. I tried but it didn’t want me to get too close.
