Someone at the store told me that 2 lady's went in with him and left him there abandoned that is a very sick thing to do he was so scared and confused looking for his people and they betrayed him like that is not the first time I seen a dog there that people use that place to abandon pets the city should be aware of this situation and fine all this morons heartless ppl. I doubt anyone will claim him but still I'm. Reporting him as abandoned.
