Message from Owner

We are on a road trip and I pulled over here to grab a snack out of my lunchbox in the back seat of my car and Mimi jumped out and I looked under the car and she was nowhere to be found. I was near a tree and there was a man on the patio of the hse next to the building with the red door on his phone that said “I’m playing a game” when I asked him if he could get off his phone so I could focus. He was pointing his phone at me and then a lady in the apmt building 129 A-D top floor opened her window and I walked up to her and she immediately angrily said “I’m not helping you” but kept staring at me. Three cars came and left within the time of me being there. The car I parked behind was Pennsylvania license plate MUG 5037 red Subaru legacy. Someone went in the apmt complex with a black trash bag behind me. Another person came out of the building with the red door. No one would help me find her. I need to get back on the road and out of this town. If you find her please keep her safe and contact me here I will make arrangements to get her back ASAP please she is my baby and I have her kitten as well we are worried sick for her. Her baby is cuddled up by the door of my car. We are praying with FAITH that she is alive and well and will be returned to us ASAP!!! PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP IF YOU BELIEVE TO HAVE SEEN HER OR ANYTHING RELATED TO THIS. The guy that was sitting outside of the hse with the lighter colored paneling in the same parking lot as the lodge that was on his phone also drove away. There was a lot of commotion in a very short amount of time. PLEASE HELP RETURN MIMI HOME SAFELY!!!

I know you are very stressed. But there is a large cat colony near there plus a very large park. It's likely she will find safety and food.

Ok, so this cat was lost by the Elks lodge, near the Dairy Queen and CVS in Carlisle? I need clarification to know where to look. That's a dangerous area because cars fly down the road. My daughter lives in Carlisle, if she spots her she'll contact.

I just now am able to see this post again guys. I’m sorry there were people staring at me and video recording me while I was out there and it made me super uncomfortable and then when I called the police they didn’t seem to want to help much or have anything they could do either so yes I am leaving instead of crying my eyes out forever I am having faith that she will be returned. This happened to one of my other cats. She got snatched out of my bedroom window at home and I found her 52 miles away and went back for her. She got cat napped while I was at work. And now this cat of mine is going to be returned as well. I am confident someone with a good heart will find her and post her and we will be reunited again 🤍 please let me know if you see anything she is very timid at first but very sweet to me she always walks up to me with full confidence. I have been absolutely torn up this past day and a half and her kitten misses her as well. But I do feel like it was a very uncomfortable situation. It was like I lost track of what I was doing and three cars came and left within that time and someone had a large trash bag also. I do think someone has her and I actually found her outside she found me and came to be my cat. She will survive just fine I am fully confident in her and I know if she is in the wrong hands she will slip right out and find the right home 🤍

Pawboost makes it nearly impossible to contact an owner. No name, email goes to Pawboost instead of the owner.

I am confused as to why you had to “get out of this town” while on a road trip and left your lost cat behind.

Sharon Keisling Grimes I think she has left town but is hoping someone will find her baby. This breaks my heart for this poor baby that has no idea where she is or how to survive outdoors. So sad no one would help her. I would have if I was there. 🙏🏻

Borrow a humane trap. Set it right beside the place that he got out. Put kitties favorite food, treats and sardines in the trap with a trail of juice & sprinkle catnip in the juice, leading out of the trap. Put an article of his favorite human’s unlaundered clothing, over top of the trap. Have his favorite human sit in the spot he got out, at dusk &/or dawn. Talk to him softly like, he was sitting right beside you because, he will not be far away. Gently shake his treat container & take a laser pointer & move it around very slowly so as to peak his curiosity & not scare him away further. Also set trail cams to see if kitty is there. Trap must be monitored at all times. Put up flyers
