Danielle Ovanek wouldn't be hard for someone to put a collar on him but this one was alone. An was in a dog fight his poor face was swollen. And he had either a huge skin tag or a tumor about the size of a golf ball on the under end of the ribs

Heather Ann Stepp he don’t have a collar on. This dogs name is rocky. And he is the sweetest dog possible. He may look mean when approaching but he wouldn’t hurt a fly. He has scars on his head where he’s been shot and he has scars on his back right leg I believe where he got attacked by a bear not to long ago. And there should be a brown and tan dog with a white spot on his chest that is right with him. His name is copper and he is a hound. They are both sweet. They have been gone for a little over a week now

Danielle Ovanek I think I helped a lady yesterday contain a boy that looked just like this after a dog fight. He was wearing a wide black collar. She is a regular here in South Charleston at my place of work so I can ask her about the dog.
