Message from Finder

My neighbor found these two pugs roaming the streets. No collar. I am out of state right now and one of the pugs are in my backyard; neighbors are trying to catch the 2nd one. My mom and brother are at my hse but really don't know how to manage dogs.... any help or information would be appreciated!
