Small mostly black dog with some white and tan a little bit of grey hair as I’ve had him at least 11 years, he’s going blind and deaf super friendly dog but probably scared so may snap if chased or cornered.

Please help me locate my baby eli I’m 27 and I’ve had him since I was in 6th grade 😫 this isnt like him at all he’s getting old going deaf and blind so I am very worried for him. He gets around and runs just fine you wouldnt think he’s an old dog til u get closer and see his grey hairs.
