DESCRIPTION

Calico cat, medium length hair, white on lower half. Is out in very cold weather. Not sure if it belongs to someone nearby, but it visits daily. It runs when I call it, but is getting tamer.

Thank you for your response. I did look on their website, but it didn't appear they had anyone locally who would be willing to trap the cat. I also contacted a local rescue group and I would have to trap it myself. At least it is getting two great meals a day. So far it hasn't used the cat house I provided or the warming pad.

I agree with contacting Alley Cat Allies. They (or another rescue) could probably supply a Have a Heart trap, which could be used to catch him without hurting him. Then he could be scanned for a microchip by any vet. Good luck and thanks for helping him!

Apparently. He (or she) just showed up out of the blue a few weeks ago and I don't know who he belongs to. He shows up at least twice a day for food.
