Looks similar to dog I saw with a RED collar and/or short leash about 1&half foot long hanging., Was running around grass at I-75 southbound Cleveland Ave exit area. I posted on Nextdoor 2 days ago. Wouldn't come to me, ran away, so could not get close enuff to take photo- or be more sure of how similar. 🙏
