Ive been feeding this cat for about 3 months-ish. He has a limp and looks skinny. When I pet him, his skin is itchy. He also isn't neutered.

Shared. Please contact local rescue groups, especially those that actively work on TNR (Trap, Neuter, Release). They could be helpful in rehabilitation of this kitty, since he's friendly. For the moment, getting him scanned for a microchip is a good idea. Any veterinary office and some pet stores can scan. Call ahead to verify and schedule if they require it. Good luck 💖
