If there is no microchip make sure that whoever claims him that they have solid proof of ownership. Such as vet records that you can verify by calling vet, Groomers name and number. Photo's are good but can also be AI generated so be careful if just showing photo's. What is the dogs name and how does he/she respond to it. And how does he/she react to seeing the person who says they are the owner. Thank you for keeping this baby safe.
