Pure bread chihuahua brown n tan. was last sighted in San Leandro CA. On 1042 Marina blvd in the alley near Kaisen Don restaurant. He was abducted by 2 women who moved there. They live on Hannah St. Yes I have alerted the animal control and police there.

Jeff Geiger lol my late husband was a tattoo artist he used to tattoo little things in our dogs ears just enough to ID of course it brings alot of animal cruelty concerns. He passed away and was already to shakey n sick to tattoo tione. But he is chipped.
