Check Lucas County Canine Care and Control website because they post pictures of lost/stray dogs that are found and brought there. Report to them first thing tomorrow morning and keep checking back with them. Post on Toledo and Surrounding Area Lost and Found Pet page and Sylvania/Toledo Lost and Found Pet page to get the word out. Put Pepper's food, water, treats and something with her scent on it outside the door to help her find her way back. Let neighbors know that she's missing so they can be on the lookout for her. Put flyers up in the area and include the reward that is being offered. Sending prayers for little Pepper to be safe and found quickly.
