Adult cat, light grey/cream colored cat with “tabby pattern“ markings on it’s fur.

My brother saw this cat wandering around outside in the cold. He/she looks healthy but uncomfortable and scared outside. The cat seems friendly but skittish. We tried to feed him/her but the cat had left when we came out with the food. My father saw this same cat roaming the neighborhood yesterday but when I got from work, I couldn’t locate him. I don’t know if he’s been abandoned or is lost but if anyone knows anything about this cat, please, please reach out to me and I will try my best to help find/catch him. I have found/adopted two cats that had been abandoned since November and it’s heartbreaking to see them suffer outside. No animal should be left like that. I’ll try to get more info/pictures if possible asap.

I heard a story online of a ma who was traveling on hwy and was in a car crash and his cat escaped he ended taken to hospital and is recovering ,, maybe this is it.,the post I came across it was the son trying to locate his dads cat, I will see if I can find the info,
