Pamela Brock then how would the cat get out if it wasn’t an accident. That would imply that they let the cat out on purpose and it doesn’t state that

Pamela Brock who said the cat was “allowed” outside. Nothing in the post said or suggested that .. sounds like the cat got out by accident

Breanne Randall I saw your original post, I’m so sorry, I know how stressful it is. When our indoor only cat got out last summer while we were out of town- I found her hiding in a shed on our property 3 days later when I returned home. At first I was calling for her, shaking treat bags etc. Then I changed my approach to being quiet and listening for clues- and that’s when I heard a noise come from where she was. Chances are he is nearby hiding and scared. I really hope you find him. Is the air tag functional?

Immediately (NOW)walk area shake treat bag or Bang on cat food can calling for your cat multiple times during the day-and-night especially when it's quiet out. Look under all bushes and in between houses. Ask your neighbors to check cameras garage, shed backyard. Post on nextdoor, get family & friends to search every day. Search at midnight-5am too call for ur kitten, listen for her meow
