Skinny, can see his spine and rib cage. Scared of men. Won’t leave my mom’s side. Maybe about a year old. He was starving and thirsty. Sweet dog. If can’t find his owner, if someone is experienced with large breeds, that is willing to foster please contact me as well.

UPDATE: Took to vet. No chip. Has sores, scars, and wounds from laying on concrete. Flies have been eating away at the tips of his ear. Bad cherry eye. Could have worms & fleas. Malnourished and dehydrated. I don’t understand how people can disregard animals like this. Posted on multiple platforms and haven’t heard anything. Searched through multiple platforms and haven’t seen him posted anywhere.
