Sharon Haring I called animal control and they said they'll send someone out! Unfortunately I can't contain the dog, its very scared and keeps running away from me 😔

I called animal control and they're sending someone out. Went back and saw the dog again. It's very skittish, runs away as soon as it sees me. It was laying at the back of Midway Manor Youth Center but ran through the trees when it saw me. The dog continuously runs around the back perimeter of White Oaks Elementary and Midway Manor Youth Center. Luckily it seems to be staying in the area and not running towards the street.

File a found dog report with Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center and Virginia Beach Animal Control. Is the dog contained so that Animal Control can scan for a microchip and post on stray hold for owner to reclaim at Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center?
