‼️FOUND PUPPY‼️ Hey everyone, my mom and sister found a dog on the major highway in the Carter county area (Elizabethton). We took him to a vet thinking he may have been hit by a car, he has no microchip. We are going to call Carter county animal shelter tommorrow. He looks well taken care of and may have gotten out, he did have a collar on. We aren’t sure what happened to him.
