He came into my yard at 5:45 PM. My neighbor has seen him running around all day and has put him in a crate and taking him to the Humane Society.

Karen Hutchison I was going to, but when I went out front to coax him/her over, my neighbor said she already called the sheriff and was putting him in a crate at the time to take to the Humane Society. And it just started pouring down rain, poor guy. I’m assuming his owner is elderly and probably doesn’t even know how to use social media. I’m hoping Humane Society will know more and hopefully the owner has called there.
