Mandi Prather-Black yes, we have searched outside the neighborhood. We've put flyers outside the neighborhood. We have them on multiple sites as well. We've even been down to the shelters just in case

Dawn Haynes Rudd Maybe expand your search out of your neighborhood? Is he also posted to Nextdoor and ring? Get posters and flyers up at Major intersections a mile or two out.
