She's been homeless for I know a year and a 1/2, and I feel like she's hanging out in the area, waiting on her owner. I feel she may have gotten out of the semi truck and maybe the driver had a load and had to go or she was dropped. I'm not sure please let's share this and get the word around and finally get her home. She was someone's dog and she's waiting on them in this area ever since

Jeannie Russell because no one can catch her.I've been working to gain her trust for a while.And she's still skittish , but me and Tiffany McCloud are working daily to provide for her and to reach out to different rescues that work with dogs in her position.Because a shelter is not a place for her
