Lena Nicole is he neutered? while I don’t live there…I know sometimes cats either get picked up and relocated for various reasons or they just get lost and can walk a significant distance.

Lena Nicole that’s Wonderful! A good idea if not done already, would be to scan the cat for a microchip or take to any vet and they’ll scan for free. The fact it comes inside and near people plus it having the flea collar on definitely indicates that it’s not feral..as you said likely has an owner. Is it a female or male? I am missing my brown tabby who looks similar and is microchipped.
