There's probably a Momma cat in that area that lost her baby. Unfortunately with it being kitten season there are more out there. I cannot say it enough as soon as your pet is old enough SPAY/NEUTER!

Poor kitty needs to see a vet..it’s eyes look a bit gunky…may have an upper respiratory virus. Can you take it to a vet? They may also be able to help get it into a rescue as many vets do work with rescue groups.
