Saw this dog about 2 years ago just after the 4th of July. He has been living behind some dumpsters at night. I’ve been feeding him and finally got close enough to get him in my truck just a few months ago. I plan on keeping him just wondering if someone knows his story?

It may be that he runs when he hears fireworks and gets lost. I'd get him scanned for a microchip to make sure he doesn't belong to anyone before committing to owning him.
