UPDATE: Dogs groomed by me and seem to be feeling much better. Owners have been found, but they were given the dogs by other family members who could no longer care for them. After talking to them about veterinary care, not leaving them out in a hot yard that they can easily escape from, and flea and tick preventative, the owners have relinquished dogs to my care.

No microchip, just left the vet. Collars but no tags. One of the doors I knocked on in the neighborhood. Had a woman that answered that said that another neighbor had seen them wandering loose around the same neighborhood within the past few days but knowing that I managed to speak to recognize them. They're both pretty severely matted but seem to be decently socialized. Young, good looking teeth

Microchip status? There are several small one's that have been missing near a year. So we can't quickly judge.
