Wendell is Missing in Morrow, GA

Description

Wendell is a medium-sized tri-color hound (black, white, and brown), about 45-50 lbs, with a lean build. He has a black back, white legs and chest, brown face, and a distinct white stripe down his nose. Long ears, gentle eyes, and a sweet, friendly personality. He may bark loudly and continuously if he has tracked something (especially near trees or wooded areas).

Message from Owner

Wendell is very special to me. After my son past, I stumbled across him one night on a long dirt road. He was skinny alone thirsty and hungry. I drove slowly he followed me back. It took him a long while to trust me, once he did we were connected I treated him very well. He rode everywhere with me. I love this dog. I feel like my son sent him to me. This dog saved my life. I pray he isn’t hurt or suffering or mistreated. Please help me find him. I know he wants to go . That is his safe place. Something he never had before we met..⚠️ IMPORTANT: Wendell is a hound and may be in “tracking mode.” If he picked up a scent, he could be near woods, a creek, or someone’s yard barking nonstop at a tree. He may have been picked up by someone thinking he was a stray. He was wearing a faded rust/orange and turquoise collar (may no longer have it). No microchip…huge regret 🙏 PLEASE check your yard, sheds, grges, and any wooded areas nearby. 📞 If you have seen him or have him, please call or text me immediately at.
