OMG This sweet animal is out on the street in this 100 degree weather. Whoever owns this dog needs to come get it before it literally dies. I left some water for it, but he was skittish. A passerby says this dog "comes and goes" which means someone there owns him. My goodness, please get your hot dog and feed and water it (not sure the ). Also needs a bath. Was so sad to see it just wandering in this heat. It looks like an older doggy.
