I believe I saw him about 15 minutes ago going north bound on the 59 feeder right by the new substation in between northpark and 1314 in Porter. He was walking very slow.

Tanya Bailey I drove down it about 7pm and didnt see her. She was in the drive of this empty lot. I couldn’t pull over so I kept honking so she would turn away from the road.
