Found brown Doberman at Svobb looks about 1 years old has tan collar, docked tail, intact and clean cut nails, took to vet to scan for microchip no microchip found and in healthy condition cannot hold on to him shelters are closed today if not found by tomorrow

UPDATE: Dogs name is booker, took his collar off and noticed writing on the inside of it tried to call phone number and no answer from owner as of yet.
