🚨I just want to give you a heads up to beware of a scam going around. If someone texts you saying they found your pet (and they typically use the pets name) and then asks you to send them the 6 digit code they just sent you to verify if you're the real owner DO NOT SEND THEM THAT CODE!!!! These are hackers that try to hack google accounts using the forgot password options and have google send a verification code to your phone. Do NOT give anyone any code. They will hack your google, phone and everything attached to them.
These jerks are very dirty and play off lost pet owners emotions and desperation. So if you get a text asking you to send a 6 digit code to get your pet back. Delete the message and block the number. They are relentless.
🚫Also anyone telling you to contact anyone on INSTAGRAM or WHATSAPP is a scam. They will take your money and block you! Do not reach out to them
