This dog was reported found on the Petco website. The owner has deleted their post from Nextdoor, so we can likely assume that Hotty is reunited.

Margaret A Torres, the person who found the dog and picked it up was probably trying to save the dog's life from being hit by a car. There are a lot of dogs that need homes. I think this finder was trying to do a good thing, not dog napping.

Wow how can vicious person do this to a little dog that don't speak please return that dog back to the owner or where you found this dog at it's probably lives around that area that's kidnapping a dog and plus you're destroying that dog's mind and the dog's owner of what you're doing is taking a other dog's owner dog from them that is not the right way to take over a dog best thing is too take it to a dog shelter so that that owner could go get it from the dog shelter why do you want to keep it you're not even the owner to the dog post more information about this dog you have whoever has it it is lost and why not turn it back in to it really belongs to you might see jail time very long time
