Japanese Chin white with red ears and red around his eyes. He has an underbite,cloudy left eye and his tongue hangs out because of tooth loss. Very sweet personality. Responds to squeaky toys. Please help me get my baby back. He does not have a collar on,I was getting ready to bath and groom him. He is licensed and up to date with his chip because he hardly ever takes his eyes off of me. He is fixed.
