Originally spotted in Bailey Ranch neighborhood in Hayward Hills on July 4th. Caught on July 10th off farm hill drive. Knows “sit” and “lay down” so I feel like he’s been someone’s pet before. Very loving. Not chipped. Not neutered. Found report has already been filed with our local shelter.

This was posted on July 7th.☹️ Apparently the shelter told the spotter there was nothing they could do. Sounds like 🐂💩 to me.
