Bird (budgie/parakeet?)—yellow head, green body, bright blue tail.

Found this little guy at Fordham Plaza. Pretty sure no band on leg, but hard to get close enough to tell. We tried trying to see if we could catch it while it was pecking at a bagel on the ground, but it flew off when a car backfired and now it’s in a tree. Doesn’t appear injured, but we’re worried and want the little friend to find it’s family!
