Please put cool water on his paws and a cool cloth on inside wars..then spray down with the hose. This dog is overheating. Ty for saving . Can you keep inside tonight. Know that LCDAS is a high shelter. They only hold strays 3-5 days. More pets are lost today then any other day of the year..
