Please help these puppies- A dog mom gave birth to 8 puppies. They are only 22 days old. A houseless guy is caring for them but he said it’s been difficult. I’m not sure he knows how to care for all of them. They are behind the bathrooms by the baseball field next to the fence in Hart Park, Orange CA. We were able to give puppy wet food for a couple days but I’m not from the area. We’re worried because they are young and each puppy had a collar on them. Please help rescue the dogs. He said he’s been there for a while so please check in on them and help rescue the puppies and mama dog. Make sure to give something to the gentleman as well since he’s been taking care of them but again they all have collars on we were worried about the situation.
