Fluffy and black (with gray and brown highlights). Has a small white patch on his belly and one white eyebrow whisker. Super friendly and curious. Answers to the name Janusch (pronounced "Yanush"). Last seen at his home on Arbor Ave. on Sunday 7/5. His collar was suddenly found late on 7/6 on a fence on Poplar Ave, between Chilverton and Keystone, although it wasn't there on earlier searches. So now he has no collar, but he is microchipped. Please let me know if you see him anywhere. Thanks so much for your help!

Have you seen my cat? His name is Janusch and he is fluffy, black, and very friendly. Last seen at his home on Arbor Ave. on Sunday 7/5. I walked around the neighborhood calling hime this morning and saw no sign of him. Then at 5:30pm today, his collar was found on a fence on Poplar Ave., between Chilverton and Keystone. So he no longer has a collar, but he is microchipped. Please check your sheds and garages in case he might have slipped in and please let me know if you see him anywhere. Thanks so much!

Please be sure to ask all your neighbors to check their garages, sheds, etc. in case your cat got closed inside one!! Key is to keep calmly calling your cat at all hours, especially the wee hours & looking for it, using a flashlight to help see its eyes… Look all around your house inside and out and under everything including greenery & especially in all dark spots…Check high and low! Put some of your cat’s bedding or something with its scent on it outside for it to smell, hopefully enticing it to head home! Leave a door or a window open enough for it to potentially let itself back inside! Try opening some smelly food like tuna (do not serve it in the can!) or rotisserie chicken & shake a food/snacks bag often! And of course, notify & check daily at your local animal shelter! 🤞🏼

I'm the owner and am very worried about him. He may be trapped somewhere or perhaps someone thought he was a stray, since he's lost his collar. If you see him, please let me know 💔💔💔
