The dog seems to have been lost for a long time. He didn’t seem happy at all. He was behind the 18th hole at the Woodley golf course. And also almost walking into Balboa Lake in that area.

This is in Encino and the dog appears to be an old English sheepdog. Hopefully the owners are looking for it.
