UPDATE: I am taking him to Pet Resource to get neutered next week. He will receive rabies and FVRPC vaccines, flea and tick treatment, and a microchip. Small fluffy male cat. No microchip. Brown tabby, very friendly.

We feed a small colony of TNRd cats in the area and this boy started showing up. He crosses the busy Holmes Road to see us. Worried about his safety.
