The animal shelter will give them vaccinations at the intake. rescue group will see them too

Take them to the animal shelter, if they are lost, the owner will look for them there first. It's more likely that they were dumped, and because they're puppies, animal services will put them in a foster home instead of in the shelter and they will get new homes quickly

Again, this is Richmond two baby German shepherds so somebody’s having puppies and then dumping them because they can’t sell them. Why can’t we have the SPCA find out who these people are have them pay a fine and at least two years jail time
