With that color collar and leash attached, it looks like she may be a PACC foster that got loose. If you get her scanned for microchip, and she has one, I suggest you call PACC with the number to see if they can assist in figuring out where she belongs. Thank you for your kindness in helping her!!

any vet will check for a chip at no charge. post to next door. file found reports with lost.petcolove.org and humane society. thank you for rescuing and keeping safe.
