Black shorthair cat with little white hairs in its ears, looks young (maybe 6lbs?), very clean and friendly

Sweetheart little kitty that acts like an indoor pet. Vocal with a timid meow, was scared and ran into my apmt. Ear is not clipped. I assume s/he escaped from someone’s home quite recently, as s/he’s very clean and comfortable with humans.

Black cats are very hard to tell if it's the one.. but I've been searching for my baby Neo for over a year. It's always worth a try. Neo is a 4 yr old male, friendly, and is neutered & chipped. There is a $1000 reward. We all miss him so much. Can u get this cat scanned? Too hard to tell from pics.
