Found this guy in the street by my hse. Seems to get really scared from fireworks. Seems young. Very playful and friendly. Has an overbite. Just trying to get him back home.

Try putting flyers up in the neighborhood! Not everyone uses social media or knows where to post or look! I've found owners solely from flyers before. 🐾♥️

🐶Also Post on Neighbors by Ring,Nextdoor, report to 24petconnect (this notifies the shelters) and report to Petcolovelost, create a Pawboost flyer, post on local area lost and found pet pages on FB, and lostmydoggie.

*COPY/PASTE* for missing dogs: - Join the Nextdoor app post and search through photos as well as post your dog to let people know they are missing. - Also join the Ring app to see if anyone may bave seen your dog or have footage. - Ask businesses that are in the area if they have footage from the day your Furbaby went missing. - Ask the city, highway patrol, and police about footage from the streets. File a freedom of information request or get an attorney to do so. - Join pawboost and get an alert made for them in the area they went missing in and surrounding areas. - Look through and post on Petco love. They have photo recognition you can upload a photo of your dog there and see matches. - Join various Facebook lost and found groups for the city they were lost in, neighboring cities, and the county/surrounding counties and search through the old posts as well as post in these groups to let them know you are looking for them. - Check Craigslist’s lost and found posts, and their separate pets section…post notifying that your dog is missing. - Check rehoming and dog for sale groups as well as Facebook marketplace and craigslist for sale section. - Call the microchip company and update your information. - Ask breed specific rescue groups or local rescues if someone has tried to turn them in or if they have seen them to be on the look out. - Reach out to several of the area humane societies as well sometimes dogs get far. - Post signs, canvas the area, with flyers handed out to businesses and homeowners where they were lost and ask other people to give out signs as well. - Give signs/reach out to area groomers and vets letting them know your dog is missing. - Put a shirt out of their loved ones and see if they come back to the area by following the scent. I hope that you find your Furbaby.
