Description
Niblet is a meek, small, black senior Chihuahua mix with light colored paws and belly (~9-10 lbs). His hearing is not the best. He is on heart s for congestive heart failure and does not move quickly but he still managed to get loose from his penned in area of my yard this evening just before 10 pm. His one back paw has a tendency to knuckle under when he walks. If he has been walking on pavement, the dragging of the top of that foot may eventually sc the skin and cause it to bleed.
Niblet's Owner Says
Thank you to anyone who hoped or prayed for him. He was across the road and a few hses down hiding out in the back yard, and the homeowner called Animal Control this afternoon. They were parked out in front on my hse checking with neighbors and I saw the truck and went out to see what as going on. Thankfully he is safe, uninjured, and mostly just very tired. This happened once before and I was not sure I would get this lucky again. To the person who said “please don’t give up”, that was especially helpful.
