Hope sh e wasnt just dumped by ownerd which happens with elderly dogs a lot, she hopefuly is in a good place

I called the shelter and made a report and also am going to go door to door and ask people in my neighborhood if they are missing their dog. She’s older so I’m assuming she didn’t come from far away, let’s hope anyway.

Not everybody is on social media and the shelter is the first place people would look for their lost pets. Make sure to make a report with them so owners have a chance of finding her. Put “found” signs up too in your yard and around the neighborhood since you are unwilling to get her to the shelter.
