Small tortie / tabby cat

Hello! I was wondering if anyone recognises this cat who has been spending the last few evenings around Beclands Road in Furzedown /Tooting Broadway. She's very skinny and a bit skittish around loud noises, but otherwise pretty friendly. No collar, and seems to be spending time in the building works taking place in hses towards the end of the road. I will try to get her scanned for a chip in the coming days. Thanks!
