Description
Very thin black and white cat spotted at apmt complex on Monroe Rd. He might be totally ok, but in this heat it, -can't hurt to be sure! Please let me know if this is your baby. He has been safely snoozing on my patio and has water and shade.

I’m not sure if this cat is abandoned. Hoping not. He is very skiddish and thin, but clean and maybe cared for. If he doesn’t belong to anyone, I’d love to get him to a shelter and checked over.
