Neutered male Rottweiler with blue collar with invisible fence box on it no tags has been hanging out at a job site at 75th St. at the oceanfront all day today. Neighbors have never seen it before. Is anyone missing him near by??

Found!! The owner finally came over and found him. He had been there all day since this morning wandering the job site. Friendly as can be. She said he can get out the door of the house lol so glad he was found! ❤️😅
