Thank you for keeping him/her safe. This kitten/cat should not be Outside. Way too young. Actually cats do not have to be out roaming. They are perfectly happy living inside. If the owner is found I hope they keep him/her inside From now on.

He is currently snoozing in our office room (sadly separated from our kitty just in case of any illness). He has a temporary litterbox, bedding, food, and water. Will be taking him to get checked for a microchip in the morning, so fingers crossed we find an owner somewhere.
